PATIKRA undertakes to carry out impartial inspections, conformity assessments and calibrations
We make our quality policy public, manage conflicts of interest and ensure the objectivity of our activities.
In carrying out our activities in accordance with the requirements of ISO 17020, ISO 17025 and ISO 17065, we ensure the impartiality of all persons involved in the activities we carry out and in all our control, conformity assessment and calibration activities.
PATIKRA will establish processes to identify, analyze, assess, eliminate, monitor and document the risks of conflicts of interest arising from the activities carried out. Any impartiality , its cause, and the acceptability of the risk are documented, regardless of whether the risk arises from our institution or from the activities of other individuals, institutions, or organizations. When a relationship poses an unacceptable threat to impartiality, services are not provided.
In order to ensure impartiality, PATIKRA has set up a stakeholder committee.
To demonstrate the effective implementation of the PATIKRA impartiality policy, we:
- we do not design, manufacture, install, sell or maintain products that are subject to evaluation activities
- we do not carry out conformity assessments in related organizations or subject to a risk assessment, activities may be carried out with additional impartiality measure
- we do not perform conformity assessment if the relationship between the manufacturers of measuring instruments, buyers, designers and PATIKRA staff poses an unacceptable threat to impartiality
- PATIKRA demands that its staff disclose and record any conflict of interest in order to take appropriate action;.
