For accurate and realiable weighing results while using weighing equipment in non-legal metrology areas – in laboratory, in the course of the technological process or performing maintenance on existing equipment – submit your weights and scales for calibration. After calibration you will get details about inaccuracies from readings or values and get evaluation of measurement uncertainties.

Calibration of scales includes inaccuracies detection at selected points (client can specify amount and locations for selected points), scatter of readings at one measuring point and assessment of the effect of eccentric loading on a single load value.
PATIKRA is calibrating:

  • all types of non-automatic scales, which are able to weigh from 1 mg to 60 tons
  • F2 accuracy class weighs from 1 mg to 5 kg
  • M accuracy class weighs from 1 mg to 20 kg
We advise:
  • microanalytic and analytic scales should be calibrated and evaluated in their place of use
  • if possible balance scales in their place of use before calibrating
  • perform calibration, if scales got damaged or their readings raises doubts
We evaluate compliance, by comparing received inaccuracies with allowed inacuracies, set from valid legal act, standarts or clients submitted documents.

After calibration, we issue a calibration certificate with NAB accreditation symbol. Certificate contains calibration results with calculated measurement uncertainty.
